When in Alterac Valley and your team owns the mine go inside and go to the npc leader of the mine. Just hang out there for awhile. Eventually troggs will start spawning in groups of 3-4. All you do is use a ranged attack on one of them and pull them into your factions npc's, the npc's will take them down in no time. Just make sured you hit all of the trogg's at least once so you will be able to loot them. Good silver and good runecloth drops. Every once in awhile they will drop a nice green or a blue. I played a 12 hour AV the other day made around 70g 15 stacks of runecloth, and evetually helped my team win by doing the resource caret quest over and over that releases the npc commando's for the alliance side.
As a rogue this is great to do when the troggs own the mine. Just stealth into your faction leader and start pulling in groups of 3-4 almost non stop.
